What You'll Do:
- Data-entry, filing records and documents, answering and returning phone calls.
- New hire processing, assisting with the completion of new hire paper work, scheduling drug test and physicals.
- Processing hours for payroll.
- Assisting with accounts payable.
- Preparing final Billing Repair Cards, invoices, and appropriate data documentation as required and assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed.
What You'll Need:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as administrative assistant or related field.
- Experience as an administrative assistant in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle.
- Excellent typing skills.
